CLUSTER NEEDS TO BE REPLACE, BUT WE WOULD SUGGEST STARTING WITH A VEHICLE PROGRAMMING SO WE CAN GET THE SOFTWARE UP TO DATE AND SEE IF THE SHORT IS ELIMINATED. IF THE SHORT STILL PERSIST THE CLUSTER WILL NEED TO BE REPLACE. REPLACED CLUSTER WITH A CLONE
