FOUND CHARGING PRESSURE /TEMP SENSOR FAULTS.. CUSTOMER REPLACED SENSOR TO AN AFTER MARKET SENSOR. CHECKED CONNECTOR AND PINS.. FOUND OK. SIGNAL AND POWER OK.. FAULTY SENSOR. ASKED CUSTOMER TO BRING BACK OLD SENSOR.
- ECM (Engine Control Module – DME/DDE) 2 problems exist 1.123401 Electric Wastegate, Learning Limit Stop: Malfunction Permanent 2.123432 Electric Wastegate, Learning Limit Stop: Stop Position (Wastegate Closed) Outside Tolerance Permanent MASSIVE AIR LEAK FROM THE VALVE COVER AND TURBO WASTEGATE ACUATOR WAS NOT OPERATING TO SPEC, ACUATOR WAS GETTING STUCK DURING PERFORMANCE. POWER AND GROUND OK. CONNECTOR OK. FAULTY ACTUATOR.. REPLACED COMPONENTS AND TEST , VEHICLE GOES FASTER THAN 80 MILES AN HOUR NOW.
- REMOVED VALVE COVER AND INSTALLED NEW PART, PERFORMED A SMOG TEST, STARTED VEHICLE TO CHECK PERFORMANCE, VALVE COVER ITS WORKING TO SPECS.
- DRAINED ENGINE OIL AND REMOVED OIL FILTER, ADDED ENGINE OIL TO PROPER LEVEL AND INSTALLED NEW OIL FILTER, STARTED VEHICLE TO CHECK OIL PRESSURE, OIL PRESSURE WAS GOOD, TOP OFF VEHICLE FLUIDS, EVERYTHING WORKING PROPERLY.
- REMOVED FAULTY WASTEGATE ACTUATOR AND INSTALLED NEW ACTUATOR, ADJUSTED AND CHECKED PERFORMANCE, ACTUATOR ITS WORKING TO SPECS.
